We are currently seeking a skilled SAP Technical Support Analyst to join our team to assist ARC with our SAP S/4
HANA implementation. This is a permanent, full-time position. Initially, your responsibilities will be to support our implementation, however, after this is complete, you will play a pivotal role in managing and maintaining the integrity, confidentiality, and accessibility of our SAP systems. You will also have the opportunity to diversify your role beyond the SAP environment and expand your contributions to the Information Technology team.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
Configure, monitor, and maintain SAP security roles, profiles, and authorizations, aligning access controls with both business needs and security protocolsProvide technical support and assistance to internal teams and end-users for the S/4
HANA system, applications, and related infrastructureCollaborate with the implementation team to ensure proper deployment, configuration, and maintenance of S/4
HANA components, adhering to best practices, security standards, and project requirementsMonitor the performance and availability of the S/4
HANA system, proactively identifying and addressing any performance bottlenecks or system failuresParticipate in system testing and quality assurance activities to validate the functionality and performance of the S/4
HANA systemCollaborate closely with our IT team to implement and enforce ITGC (IT General Controls) compliance and controls within SAP systems, monitor segregation of duties (SOD), conducting periodic reviews and audits to ensure complianceMaintain accurate and up-to-date documentation of support activities, security policies, procedures, and configurations for future reference and audit purposesREQUIREMENTS:
Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related fieldA minimum of 3 years of proven experience as an SAP Technical Support Analyst, with a strong grasp of SAP security administrationMature understanding of SAP S/4
HANA system architecture and componentsKnowledge of SAP Basis administration, including configuration and maintenanceExperience in troubleshooting and resolving technical issues in an SAP environmentSolid understanding of SAP security concepts, including role design, authorization objects, and segregation of dutiesProficiency with SAP IAG (Identity Access Governance) or GRC (Governance, Risk, and Compliance) solutions is a plusFamiliarity with IT General Controls (ITGC) and broader IT security principlesExceptional analytical and problem-solving skills, with keen attention to detailEffective communication and interpersonal abilities to collaborate harmoniously with cross-functional teamsProfessional certification such as SAP Certified Application Associate (Access Controls), Technology Associate (System Security and Authorizations) or equivalent is advantageousWe thank you for your interest in ARC Resources Ltd., however, only those candidates selected for an interview will be contacted.
