Position Overview
As a Learning Experience Designer
, you’ll design and deliver impactful learning experiences that empower our customers to unlock the full potential of Autodesk products and platforms. You’ll work closely with product experts, customer success teams, and content developers to create scalable, engaging, and effective learning solutions that drive product adoption and customer success.
Responsibilities
Design customer-centric learning experiences that support onboarding, skill development, and advanced product and platform usage
Collaborate with subject matter experts to translate complex technical content into clear, engaging learning materials
Develop engaging learning experiences that leverage the latest techniques to drive strong learning outcomes
Apply instructional design and adult learning principles to ensure content is accessible, inclusive, and effective
Use data and customer feedback to continuously improve learning experiences and measure impact
Partner with cross-functional teams to align learning solutions with customer journeys and business goals
Stay current with trends in learning technology, UX design, and customer education
Minimum Qualifications
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Instructional Design, Educational Technology, or a related field
3+ years of experience designing learning experiences for external audiences, preferably in a SaaS or technology environment
Proficiency with e-learning authoring tools (e.g., Articulate Storyline, Adobe Captivate) and video editing software
Experience working with Learning Management Systems (LMS) and SCORM/xAPI standards
Strong communication and project management skills
Ability to simplify complex product features into digestible learning content

Salary transparency
Salary is one part of Autodesk’s competitive compensation package. For Canada-BC based roles, we expect a starting base salary between $101,000 and $138,930. Offers are based on the candidate’s experience and geographic location, and may exceed this range. In addition to base salaries, our compensation package may include annual cash bonuses, commissions for sales roles, stock grants, and a comprehensive benefits package.Sales Careers
