Lead Consultant - Oracle EBS HRMS

Overview  Infosys is seeking a Techno Functional Consultant / SME with Oracle R12 EBS Time and Labor implementation and support experience. As a Lead Oracle EBS R12 Time and Labor Functional consultant, you will be involved in business process consulting and support; you will define and understand the problem, propose, and implement the solution. You will guide projects on processes and deliverables, contribute to the proposal development, client training, and internal capability building, and help detail the project scope.

You will shape value-adding consulting solutions that enable our clients to meet the changing needs of the global landscape.

Responsibilities   Lead functional design and configuration for Oracle EBS R12 Time and Labor, Payroll, Core HR, including integrations and data conversions.
Guide project processes, deliverables, and participate in proposal development and internal capability building.
Contribute to solution design, testing, training, and implementation of the overall solution.
Engage with clients to understand business requirements and translate them into functional specifications.
Support and lead teams during project execution (CRP, SIT/UAT) and ensure quality deliverables.

Qualifications   Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent (or three years progressive experience in lieu of education).
At least 7 years IT experience, with strong Oracle EBS R12.2.x HRMS (Time & Labor, Payroll, Core HR) knowledge.
Full life cycle implementations and support experience in Oracle EBS R12.2.x HRMS modules.
Functional and technical knowledge of Oracle Time and Labor, Global Payroll, and integrations.

Experience with data conversion/migrations and interfaces; familiarity with Oracle Unified Methodology (OUM) and testing strategies (CRP, SIT/UAT).
Excellent communication and client-facing skills.

Preferred Qualifications   10+ years IT experience.
Knowledge of Oracle HR/Workday, Benefit Interfaces, Absence Interfaces, Payroll Interfaces (Oracle Global View / Celergo), and related integrations.

Experience with Oracle reports and custom reports.
Ability to travel; willingness to relocate to Mississauga, ON or Calgary, AB; travel as required.

Compensation  Estimated annual compensation range based on location: $92,701 – $107,185.
