• Program Leadership & Execution:
  Lead the end‑to‑end preparation and rollout of Canada’s first stablecoin issued by a financial institution, ensuring seamless alignment between the CEO, financial institution partners, stakeholders, and shareholders. Drive the execution of program milestones, proactively identifying and resolving roadblocks to achieve a successful launch.
• Decision Support:
  Prepare high‑impact briefings, analyses, and recommendations to empower data‑driven decisions at the executive and board levels. Translate complex regulatory, technical, and market data into actionable insights that shape the stablecoin’s strategic direction.
• Cross‑Functional Coordination:
  Lead high‑priority, cross‑functional projects involving sensitive regulatory and compliance matters. Coordinate with teams across product, operations, compliance, legal, and marketing, as well as external partners like banks and fintechs, to ensure initiatives are delivered on time and exceed expectations.
• Operational Excellence:
  Streamline processes and enhance information flow for the stablecoin program across Tetra’s holding company and subsidiaries. Establish and track KPIs to provide clear visibility into program performance and drive accountability.
• Stakeholder Management:
  Organize and oversee meetings with large financial institutions, influential stakeholders, and shareholders. Ensure clear outcomes, track action items, and follow through to maintain momentum on critical priorities.
• Stakeholder Engagement:
  Represent the CEO in interactions with internal and external stakeholders, building trust and fostering strong relationships with partners, clients, and industry leaders in the digital assets space.
• Market & Industry Insights:
  Stay ahead of trends in stable coins, digital assets, blockchain, and fintech regulations. Provide actionable insights to refine strategies, identify new opportunities, and ensure the stablecoin maintains a competitive edge in Canada and beyond.
• Travel & Representation:
  Support the CEO with up to 30% travel to key locations like Calgary, Montreal, and beyond for high‑stakes meetings, conferences, and industry events, amplifying Tetra’s presence in the global fintech ecosystem.
