Our client is seeking a Senior Program Manager to manage the overhaul the technological aspects of a Customer Experience program
.

Must Have:

  • 15+ years of experience in Project Management with at least 3+ years within Program Management
  • Experience modernizing CRM's, self-service portals, AI driven support tools and analytics platforms
  • Experience delivering in an Agile methodology
  • Experience with Change Management teams to promote adoption
  • Experience working with regulated utilities
  • Experience managing vendors and MSP's
