Position Overview
The Learning Partnerships Manager to support internal content development initiatives will focus on coordinating with internal teams—such as product, education, and community—to align content creation efforts with strategic learning goals.
Responsibilities
Partner with internal stakeholders to support the development of targeted learning content and develop shared roadmaps
Coordinate project timelines, deliverables, and feedback loops across teams
Maintain content calendars and documentation to ensure alignment and visibility
Assist in identifying gaps and opportunities in content coverage for key audiences
Support the implementation of process improvements for internal collaboration
Facilitate processes that align customer learning priorities with internal stakeholder priorities, leveraging the learning models and content development practices from customer learning
Build alignment and pipeline processes with Content Production team to ensure content initiatives are executed on time and meet quality standards
Track performance metrics and share insights with the Senior Manager
Minimum Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Education, Instructional Design, Business, or a related field
3–5 years of experience in content coordination, program management, or internal communications
Strong organizational and project management skills
Excellent interpersonal and cross-functional collaboration abilities
Experience in learning and development or education technology is preferred

Salary transparency
Salary is one part of Autodesk’s competitive compensation package. For Canada-BC based roles, we expect a starting base salary between $80,300 and $117,810. Offers are based on the candidate’s experience and geographic location, and may exceed this range. In addition to base salaries, our compensation package may include annual cash bonuses, commissions for sales roles, stock grants, and a comprehensive benefits package.Sales Careers
