We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to join our team as a Senior Service Now Developer. This role focuses on CMDB/ITAM modules and integrations, aimed at enhancing our systems and processes. Join us in a dynamic environment where your contributions will drive innovation and efficiency.

• Extensive experience with Service Now's CMDB/ITAM modules.
• Strong background in software development, architecture, data structures, algorithms, and SDLC models.
• Proficiency in JavaScript, Jelly, Web Services, MySQL, XML, HTML, and CSS.
• Experience with scripting languages such as Python, especially in Unix/Linux environments.
• Ability to analyze system performance issues and determine enhancements.

• Experience in integrating Service Now applications with third-party systems via APIs.
• Knowledge of database application concepts, SQL, and query optimization.
• Experience in developing and maintaining Service Now integrations with third-party tools and applications.

• Analyze and enhance system performance.
• Administer Knowledge Base and Service Catalog.
• Configure out-of-the-box and custom workflows.
• Integrate applications with third-party systems to ensure data consistency and smooth communication.
• Develop Service Now software solutions and prepare analytical reports.
