Responsibilities

  • Prepare and process insurance submissions, quotes, renewals, and policy documentation, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
  • Support Account Managers and Account Executives by handling client inquiries, following up with underwriters, and maintaining up‑to‑date client records.
  • Manage routine administrative tasks such as issuing certificates, endorsements, invoices, and monitoring accounts receivable.
  • Handle claims reporting, updates, and client communication to ensure smooth claims management.
  • Collaborate with team members to ensure organized documentation, compliance with underwriting guidelines, and support for team initiatives.

Qualifications

  • Minimum 2 years experience in Commercial Lines Insurance processing and account administration.
  • Knowledge of various commercial lines insurance markets and documentation.
  • Strong organizational and time‑management skills, capable of managing multiple files and deadlines efficiently.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with a proactive and team‑oriented mindset.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications and familiarity with broker management systems such as EPICis preferred.
