Job Description & How to Apply Below
We’re looking for a hybrid Supply Chain Analyst in the manufacturing industry.

Our client is a well-established organization operating across manufacturing and distribution, with a strong focus on operational efficiency, data-driven decision-making, and continuous improvement. As the business continues to scale, they are seeking a Supply Chain Analyst to support planning, forecasting, and performance optimization across the supply chain.

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working with data, identifying trends, and translating insights into practical recommendations that improve inventory flow, cost control, and service levels.

Supply Chain Analyst responsibilities:
  • Analyze supply chain data related to inventory, demand, purchasing, and lead times to support informed decision-making
  • Develop and maintain reports and dashboards to track KPIs such as inventory turnover, forecast accuracy, and supplier performance
  • Support demand planning and forecasting activities in collaboration with operations, procurement, and sales teams
  • Identify risks, inefficiencies, and opportunities for cost savings across the supply chain
  • Assist with ERP data analysis and continuous improvement initiatives
  • Prepare clear, concise insights and recommendations for operational and leadership teams
  • The successful candidate has:
  • 2–5 years of experience in supply chain analysis, inventory analysis, or a similar analytical role
  • Strong Excel skills; experience with ERP systems (SAP, Net Suite, Oracle, or similar)
  • Exposure to demand planning, inventory management, or procurement analytics
  • Strong attention to detail with the ability to communicate insights clearly to non-technical stakeholders
  • A proactive mindset and interest in improving processes, not just reporting on them
  • Compensation and benefits:
  • The discussed salary range is $60,000 – $75,000, depending on experience
  • Opportunity to influence supply chain strategy and operational outcomes
  • Exposure to cross-functional teams and leadership
  • Competitive compensation and long-term growth potential within operations or supply chain leadership
  • Candidates must be eligible to work in Canada. Only candidates selected to move forward in the hiring process will be contacted
