As a Gas Fitter II, you will perform a variety of manual tasks to ensure smooth branch operations and keep up with the demanding and high-paced winter heating season. Advancement in the apprenticeship program is possible for the right individual.

• Install, service, maintain, and tear down temporary heating systems
• Work with propane and natural gas systems
• Service and maintain construction heaters
• Load and unload equipment, operating 1 and 2 tonne picker trucks
• Provide superior customer service

• Must be a registered 2nd or 3rd year in the provincial Gasfitter program.
• Must have class 5 license and clean driving record
• Experience in temporary construction heating
• Ability to work independently or in a team setting
• Able to work overtime including on call shifts and possible weekends

This position is deemed Safety Sensitive for purposes of United Rentals’ policies and procedures.
