THE ROLE
Join our team and experience a rewarding and challenging work environment with skilled and supportive teammates. We are currently accepting resumes from dedicated and energetic individuals who are looking for a position as a Lot Attendant at our Calmont Equipment at Bobcat of Calgary, AB.

As a Lot Attendant , your primary responsibility is to keep all machines clean and ready for delivery or displayed neatly in the yard. Some job duties include, but are not limited to:

• Inspect machines for noticeable defects and damages.
• Record the description of damages and list missing items on the delivery receipt.
• Park new machines in assigned areas.
• Keep the equipment lot neat and orderly, moving machines as directed by the Sales Manager and in accordance with dealership display standards.
• Pick up equipment and deliver to storage or customers.
• Check all machines to make sure they are working properly and advise Sales Manager of any problems.
• Keep equipment keys stored in a secure location and ensure all machines are locked.
• Pick up and deliver parts, personnel, and paperwork as required.
• Clean and vacuum machines interior. Wash and polish machines exterior.
• Replace missing or defective small parts.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

DESIRED SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE

• High School Diploma or Equivalent.
• Valid Class 3 Drivers License is an asset.
• Skid steer experience would be an asset
• Self-starter with the ability to perform in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong work ethic and positive attitude.
• Customer service skills would be an asset.

Must be able to pull trailers.
