• Perform surface preparation, painting, minor drywall and wood trim repair, light bulb and A/C filter replacement, and thorough clean‑up.
• Maintain and store equipment safely and orderly.
• Conduct preventive maintenance, keep accurate records, and test, troubleshoot, and repair equipment, plumbing, electrical components, lamps, and cosmetic items.
• Respond quickly and responsibly to emergencies to restore normal building operations and notify Management.
• Ensure personal and co‑workers’ safety and comply with all Health and Safety requirements.
• Install and maintain a range of machinery as directed by Operations.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

• High school diploma or equivalent (preferred). Emphasis in Technical Trades.
• Two or more years’ experience in a Technical Trade and two years as a Maintenance Technician.
• Operator Certificate or equivalent trade experience.
• Valid Alberta Driver’s License.
• Forklift and Manlift experience is a definite asset.
• Ability to lift and carry up to 22 kg.

This position requires proficiency in one category, average skills in two, and basic skills in the rest.
