Responsibilities:

• Conduct in-home consultations for HVAC systems (furnaces, air conditioners, heat pumps, etc.).
• Perform detailed site assessments to gather data for accurate project estimates.
• Prepare and present comprehensive quotes, including scope, timelines, pricing, and financing options.
• Follow up with leads and maintain strong client relationships.
• Collaborate with the HVAC Renovations Manager and technicians for seamless project delivery.
• Track and report on sales activities, conversion rates, and revenue targets.
• Stay informed on industry standards, local codes, and product developments.

Requirements:

• Strong understanding of HVAC systems, renovation practices, and installation procedures.
• Detail-oriented with exceptional organizational and time management skills.
• Proficient in estimating software and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Sales experience in a technical or home improvement environment is highly desirable.
