• Perform general cleaning tasks
• Report damage and highlight maintenance needs for properties visited
• Maintain inventory of supplies
• Follow established safety guidelines and procedures while cleaning
• Operate power tools and hand tools as required for maintenance tasks
• Assist with facilities maintenance tasks as needed
• Work independently or with a team, as required (about 80-90% cleaning, 10-20% other duties)
• Work in various locations across the city; preference may be considered for specific quadrants
• Exhibit motivation and drive; opportunity for growth
• Performance may impact hours worked; high performers receive more hours

• Strong customer service skills and effective communication
• Knowledge of power tools and hand tools used in maintenance
• Experience in cleaning (preferred)
• Excellent time‑management skills
• Ability to clean various surfaces using appropriate agents and techniques
• Capability to lift heavy objects and perform physically demanding tasks
• Attention to detail and organizational skills
• Reliable, trustworthy, punctual, and able to manage own time
• Receives feedback well and communicates promptly
• Problem‑solving skills
• Comfortable working with technology

• Valid Canadian driver’s licence and clean driving record
• Willingness to be available between 10:30 AM and 6 PM (or later)
• Fluent English (speaking and writing)
• Clean criminal background check
• Experience in cleaning (minimum 1 year preferred)
• Must have a personal vehicle available for work each day (for part‑time role)
