• Richmond Towers (SW Calgary)

• Responsible for various labour tasks
• Perform a variety of building maintenance, landscaping, and cleaning tasks
• Ensure site cleanliness, including picking up all garbage and pet waste around all sites
• Painting suites, parkades, and other areas
• Assist other team members as needed

• Experience in maintenance, and / or cleaning
• Familiarity with technology is an asset

• Ability to operate small equipment and power tools
• Ability to learn in‑house software programs

• Ability to spend up to eight hours walking, standing, climbing stairs, lifting
• Ability to maneuver up to 90kg with the proper equipment
• Strong commitment to providing excellent customer service
• Ability to learn quickly, adapt to change and be flexible in nature
• Demonstrates a positive attitude, enthusiasm and assertiveness
• Deadline and goal oriented
