We are seeking a dedicated and detail‑oriented Cleaner to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness and orderliness in various facilities, ensuring a safe and welcoming environment for all occupants. This role requires strong time management skills, effective communication, and the ability to work independently or as part of a team.

• Perform routine cleaning tasks including sweeping, mopping, dusting, and vacuuming in designated areas.
• Utilize hand tools and power tools safely for cleaning and maintenance tasks.
• Conduct commercial cleaning duties in various settings, ensuring adherence to cleanliness standards.
• Assist with facilities maintenance tasks as needed, including minor repairs and upkeep.
• Provide excellent customer service by addressing any inquiries or concerns from facility occupants.
• Manage time effectively to complete all assigned tasks within specified time frames.
• Handle heavy lifting when necessary, ensuring proper techniques are used to maintain safety.
• Maintain an organized supply inventory and report any shortages to management.

• Previous custodial experience is preferred but not required; training will be provided.
• Familiarity with cleaning techniques and equipment is advantageous.
• Experience in facilities maintenance or commercial cleaning environments is a plus.
• Strong communication skills to interact effectively with team members and facility users.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while demonstrating reliability and responsibility.
• Contract length: 12 months
• Expected hours: 20–40 per week
