Quality Continuous Improvement Technician Job Description

• Identifying and sourcing innovative products from suppliers
• Ongoing modification and improvement of existing recipes
• Work closely with the Process technologist
• Impact assessment of extrudates on Final Product
• Working alongside Leeds team
• Support entire R&D team in attaining short-term and long-term development goals and adapt to evolving scientific priorities
• Provide written and verbal reports of research activities
• Ensure strict hygiene and food safety standards are met
• Conduct production test runs
• Develop in-process and finished product specifications
• Generate ingredient statements and nutritional information
• Develop recipes alongside customers
• Package samples for customers
• Sourcing of ingredients
• Using Agile Chilli to input recipes
