Responsibilities

• Direct planting of trees, gardens and lawns
• Organize planting of trees, gardens and lawns
• Plan, manage and supervise landscape construction work
• Requisition or order materials, equipment and supplies
• Train staff
• Enforce policies and procedures
• Co‑ordinate activities with other work units or departments
• Build patios, garden walls and other decorative installations
• Supervise and co‑ordinate activities of workers
• Plant and maintain private and public lawns and gardens
• Perform snow maintenance operations including handling snow making and snow removal equipment

Equipment and machinery experience:
Small engine equipment, Sod cutter
