As a Starbucks barista
, you’ll create the Starbucks Experience for our customers through excellent service and expertly crafted products. You’ll work in an energetic store environment, master your food & beverage craft, and meet new people every day. A cup of coffee and a smile can go a long way, and baristas have the power to be the best moment in each customer’s day.

• Provide excellent customer service and create a welcoming Starbucks Experience for every customer.
• Prepare and serve beverages and food items to standard recipes, with the ability to customize per customer requests.
• Maintain a clean and organized workspace and ensure store safety and security.
• Handle cash and operate the POS system accurately.
• Collaborate with team members to meet store goals and deliver quality products.

• Maintain regular and punctual attendance and be available to work flexible hours (early mornings, evenings, weekends, holidays).
• Meet store operating policies and standards, including quality beverages and food, cash handling, and safety.
• Engage with customers to understand needs and communicate clearly and pleasantly.
• Prepare beverages and foods to standard recipes, with ability to adapt to customer modifications.
• Able to perform multiple tasks within the store during each shift.
• Strong interpersonal and teamwork skills and the ability to build relationships.
