Join the loudest store in the mall! We're looking for music and pop culture fanatics to help create the best experience for our customers. As a Hot Topic Seasonal Sales Associate, you'll be a huge part of our success by providing the best customer service, ensuring that fellow fans can get their hands on the merch they love. You'll share your fandom knowledge, stock and replenish products, and help merchandise the store in a visually appealing way, all while being hyper-focused on the in-store experience.

What

You'll Do

Provide an amazing shopping experience that will encourage customers to return. You'll impress with your product knowledge and customer service skills.

Cover the sales floor zone and ensure assigned areas meet visual standards.

Operate the register, process sales transactions, and drive add-on sales using benefits like BOPIS and curbside pickup. Assist with planogram changes including store map, wall, fixture, & merchandising mix.

Communicate fashion & music trend information to management and HQ partners.

Work with Store Management to prevent theft and misuse of spells and wizardry.

Support store maintenance by organizing the stock room and keeping the store tidy.

Collaborate effectively with team members to achieve store goals.

Perform any other activities as assigned by your Store Leader.

What You'll Need

Previous retail experience. Love music and pop culture? You're in the right place!
Strong customer service and sales skills.
You must be at least 16 years old to join the team.
Excellent collaboration and communication skills.
Ability to navigate the store, merchandise products using store equipment, and lift up to 50 pounds.
