• Uphold Hillberg & Berk culture and create an environment committed to exceeding client expectations with the highest level of service.
• Meet monthly sales targets while partnering with store management to promote brand initiatives to all customers.
• Share customer feedback, business trends, and recommendations with the Retail Store Management Team.
• Maintain visual presentation standards and ensure store is replenished at all times.

• Minimum of two years retail sales experience.
• Excellent communication and time management skills.
