You are the face of our company, proud of what we do, passionate about building brand loyalty with every guest, and representing our values while bringing your real self to work.

• Engage with every guest using the AEO Selling Model with a "friends first" mindset.
• Educate guests on AE & Aerie product details and make product suggestions that fit their needs.
• Introduce the AEO loyalty program and additional brand channels to guests.
• Flex between the Sales floor, Cash & Wrap, Fitting Room and Stockroom as needed.
• Proactively resolve guest concerns while adhering to company policy.
• Assist teammates whenever possible – teamwork is essential.
• Act with integrity and always adhere to AEO's policies and procedures.

• You love interacting with people!
• You have a high energy level and can handle multiple tasks in a fast‑paced environment.
• You are available to work evenings, weekends & holidays.
• You love AE and Aerie products.
• You have previous retail experience.
• You are at least 16 years of age.
