• Actively engage mall shoppers and follow each step of our sales process.
• Consistently network, creating and maintaining a list of prospective clients using our CRM tool
• Generate hype and awareness within a mall environment by being an ambassador for WOW! and the brands we represent
• Deliver on our brand promise by offering personalized, unbiased, advice.
• Consistently achieve all key business metrics
• Offer a best‑in‑class customer experience
• Participate in documented coaching conversations
• Responsible for inventory management receiving, signing, and securing inventory
• Follow merchandising and daily store cleanliness standards
• Complete daily operations tasks, such as opening & closing the kiosk
• Complete all required training modules and tasks
• Stay current on promotions, products, services and policies
• Follow our policies and procedures and maintain a high level of integrity
• Managing cash, point of sale and inventory systems
• Available to work during mall hours (evenings and weekends) based on operational needs
• Manage multiple priorities with a demonstrated sense of urgency
• Ability to easily adapt to change in a fast‑paced environment

• Customer‑facing experience in retail or hospitality using a point‑of‑sale system
• Available to work during mall hours including evenings and weekends
• Wireless retail experience or commission sales experience is an asset

• Full time hours (32-40hrs/week)

• Background Check: As a part of our hiring process, successful candidates will be required to participate in a background check, in accordance with applicable laws and regulations.
