• Working experience with clients affected by issues such as neglect, child abuse,domestic violence, mental health issues, and parental substance abuse.
• Capability to payclose attention to what social service clients say, understand their points, ask questions, and not interrupt inappropriately.
• Understanding others' reactions and why they react the way theydo.
• Ability to weighthe relative costs and benefits of various social service and health-care interventions and select thebest one.
• Capableofperforming a variety of tasks on a computer.
• Word, Excel,Outlook, and PowerPoint skills are required.
• Ability to remain calm and empathize with upset clients.
• Clinical social worker with a license.
• Capableofdeveloping a treatment plan
