We’re Hiring:
Performance Coach

️️ State-of-the-Art Facility

Located in NE Calgary, our facility features a 3,500 sq ft Performance Center and 2,000 sq ft Rehab Space.

Multi-Disciplinary Collaboration

Work daily alongside Physiotherapists, Sports Physicians, S&C Coaches, and Sports Scientists.

Advanced Sports Science Tools

Leverage dual force plates, isometric testing, biomechanical analysis software, and more to guide programming and track progress.

Monthly ORKA Rounds

Engage in cross-disciplinary discussions to solve complex return-to-play cases and refine programming strategies.

• Coach athletes across our Team Training and OPP (Onsite Performance Programs)
• Contribute to individualized programming using athlete data and testing results
• Communicate and collaborate with physiotherapists and rehab professionals
• Build strong rapport with athletes, parents, and support teams
• Participate in ongoing education, staff development, and content creation
• Contribute to a high-performance environment that values precision, intent, and care

• BSc in Kinesiology or related field (MSc or advanced coursework an asset)
• NSCA CSCS or equivalent certification
• Experience coaching athletes in a high-performance setting
• Confidence in using data to guide decision-making
• Strong interpersonal skills and a team-first mentality
• Eagerness to grow within a collaborative, innovative team

Location: NE Calgary

Schedule: Primarily Afternoons and Evenings (Potential for weekends as well).

Employment Type: Full-Time (Employee).
