Your responsibilities:

• Perform lifeguard duties to ensure guest safety
• Coordinate with the land sport supervisor to monitor pool areas according to standards
• Distribute tasks among lifeguards
• Update signage and safety information as needed
• Maintain high standards of pool safety and hygiene
• Implement corrective actions when necessary
• Manage and maintain equipment in good condition
• Report issues to supervisors
