As a Dash 8 Captain with Summit Air, you are responsible for ensuring the safe and efficient operation of the aircraft with a passion for customer service and prioritizing safety for our clients. Summit Air, headquartered in Yellowknife, NWT, operates across Canada, specializing in passenger charters, cargo transport, and customized flight solutions for industry-leading clients with a legacy of excellence in northern and remote aviation.

• Operate Dash 8 - 300 aircraft safely and efficiently throughout Northern Canada as PIC
• Stay current with all available flight information, including weather, and applicable NOTAMs where available, and verify type A flight plans for accuracy
• Participate in the aircraft pre‑flight inspection, as well as all post‑flight duties

• 4000 Total Time
• 2500 PIC
• 2000 MPIC
• BC flying experience is a great asset
• Dash 8 PPC that has not expired for more than 24 months
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Commitment to safety culture
• Successful completion of pre‑employment drug & alcohol testing requirements
