Certified Dock Stocker - Balzac AB

Randstad is hiring for a brand-new distribution center in Balzac, Alberta. We are looking for experienced operators to join our founding team.

• Dock Stocker (Stand-Up Counterbalance).
• Loading and unloading trailers on the dock.
• Hourly pay of $20
• Monday to Friday, 7:00 AM start. (Weekends OFF).

• You have a valid Dock Stocker / Stand-Up Counterbalance certification.
• You have 1-2 years of experience in a fast-paced environment.
• You are reliable, safety-focused, and have a vehicle to get to Balzac.

• Earn $20.00 per hour, paid weekly via direct deposit.
• Stable Monday to Friday shift starting at 7:00 AM—no weekends required!

• Safely operate a Dock Stocker (Stand-Up Counterbalance) to efficiently load and unload transport trailers.
• Stage and organize freight on the dock floor to ensure rapid outbound processing and accurate inbound receiving.
• Verify goods using manual pick list, ensuring all product codes and quantities match shipping manifests.
• Conduct daily pre-shift equipment checks (PDI) and report any mechanical issues or safety hazards immediately.
• Assist with manual handling duties when required, including wrapping pallets and keeping the dock area clean and debris-free.

• Current Dock Stocker / Stand-Up Counterbalance license is mandatory.
• Minimum 1-2 years of recent experience operating a Dock Stocker in a warehouse or cross‑dock setting.
• Must have a personal vehicle to commute to Balzac/Rocky View, AB (

• Capable of lifting up to 50 lbs and performing physical warehouse duties.
• Must be legally eligible to work in Canada.
