Position Overview
The Warehouse Coordinator supports warehouse operations and any projects as assigned. The primary responsibility is shipping/receiving of orders, quality control, inventory control and other warehouse related logistics. This position reports to the Operations Manager.
Key Job Responsibilities
- Accurately receive, ship and label products; pick up products from inventoried locations and pack orders efficiently for delivery to venues and/or other warehouses.
- Perform basic quality control procedures and maintain presentation of equipment and inventory.
- Prepare and process shipments (small parcel, LTL and via internal fleet).
- Operate industrial powered forklifts, including sit‑down, reach, stock picker and powered pallet jack.
- Perform daily checklists on forklifts and other equipment.
- Participate in safety team initiatives.
- Clean and maintain a safe work area; maintain equipment as necessary.
- Ensure the highest standards of service while maintaining operational efficiency and a cohesive relationship with other departments.
- Maintain a working knowledge of equipment.
Job Qualifications
- High School diploma/GED.
- 1 to 3 years’ experience in a warehouse environment.
- Strong communication skills with team members, site leadership, and internal/external customers.
- Organizational skills with attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to multi‑task in a fast‑paced environment.
- Experience using an RF‑based WMS system (preferred).
- Demonstrated ability to work in a high‑volume environment; creatively and effectively solve problems.
- Proficient in Windows and Microsoft Office applications with emphasis on Excel.
- Excellent written, verbal, interpersonal and customer service skills.
- High degree of commitment to service excellence.
- Experience operating industrial forklift equipment.

Work Environment
Warehouse and event venues. Team members must adhere to appearance guidelines defined by Encore. Work is performed in an environment with exposure to outdoor temperatures, dirt, sand, dust, and varying noise levels. Equipment includes high‑end audio‑visual and electrical components. Working times may include irregular hours and on‑call status, including days, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
