Shipper​/Receiver

Maxsys Staffing & Consulting urgently requires experienced Shipper/Receiver in Calgary SE – Temporary Experience and Requirements for this role:

Excellent customer service skills in a previous logistics environment

Experience in Inventory orders and Finished Product orders

Following safe warehouse and Standard Operating Procedures

Load and unloading vehicles

Operating equipment such as pallet jacks (manual)

Maintain storage facility within Materials Management

Perform quality inspection, and documentation on incoming products and return of inventory items

Prepare and distribute all required documentation

Required skills (Minimum)

Two years' experience as a shipper/receiver

Two years’ inventory and/or warehouse experience

Ability to lift up to 50 lbs

Experience with MS Office Suite, with the ability to learn new systems and programs.

Experience with SAP and inventory control programs

Attention to detail required ensuring accurate records

Effective communication and interpersonal skills

Strong organizational and time management skills

Experience with WHMIS, TDG and MSDS required

Due to safety requirements regarding the above, all candidates must have a good command of the English language (speak, read and write).Compensation will be discussed at interview with successful applicants.
