Our client is seeking a seasoned Architectural Project Manager to oversee diverse projects from initiation to completion in Welkom. This role demands strong leadership, organizational skills, and a comprehensive understanding of the architectural design and construction process. You will be responsible for managing project timelines, budgets, and resources, ensuring successful delivery while maintaining high standards of quality and client satisfaction. Key Responsibilities- Lead and manage multiple architectural projects simultaneously, ensuring adherence to scope, schedule, and budget.
- Develop detailed project plans, including defining project tasks, milestones, and resource requirements.
- Oversee the coordination between design teams, consultants, contractors, and clients.
- Conduct regular project progress meetings and provide comprehensive reports to stakeholders.
- Identify and mitigate project risks and resolve any issues that may arise during the project lifecycle.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant building codes, regulations, and quality standards.
- Professional qualification in Architecture or a related field (e.g., Project Management certification).
- Proven experience in managing architectural or construction projects from start to finish.
- Strong understanding of architectural design principles and construction methodologies.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.
- Proficiency in project management software (e.g., MS Project, Primavera).
- Ability to effectively manage client relationships and stakeholder expectations.
