American Traveler is hiring an experienced RN for a Skilled Nursing Facility day shift position requiring a minimum of one year of RN experience and an active CA RN license.
Requirements- Active California RN license required
- Minimum of one year of experience as a Registered Nurse
- Graduate of an accredited school of professional nursing
- Current CPR certification
- Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF) setting
- 13-week assignment with 3, 12-hour day shifts per week
- Deliver resident care through the full nursing process, including assessment, diagnosis, planning, implementation, evaluation, and documentation
- Collaborate with other healthcare disciplines to ensure effective and efficient resident care
- Incorporate resident age and cultural diversity considerations into care delivery
- Participate in performance improvement initiatives to support positive resident outcomes
- RTO not approved unless specifically noted in the offer
