Are you passionate about packaging innovation and detail-oriented? Join The Cornwall Bakery as a Packaging Technologist and play a key role in delivering new artwork, packaging, and labels for our exciting product launches. Full training and support for external qualifications will be provided.

• Manage day-to-day packaging issue resolution and support supply challenges.
• Maintain and develop strong relationships with suppliers and design partners.
• Oversee new materials from concept to launch, ensuring compliance and quality.
• Design packaging for NPD that meets UK and EU requirements and manage artwork processes.
• Monitor packaging trends and present innovative solutions to customers.

• Strong communication skills (written & verbal) and excellent attention to detail.

• Microsoft Office proficiency (Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint).
• Full UK driving licence and willingness to travel within the UK and EU.
