Key Responsibilities
  • Ensure the driver risk management system is up to date and any queries are answered quickly.
  • Add and remove employees and provide guidance to the requirements of the permission to drive.
  • Other administration tasks will also be required such as
    • purchasing goods via Amazon or other IT consumable providers,
    • monitoring several email inboxes
    • directing queries to the right place
    • generally providing support across the Facilities, H&S and procurement functions as needed.
