Apex Resources are looking for a Site Manager to join a client on a permanent basis.

The role will be overseeing an education project with a new roof being installed and then complete internal fit out.

Candidate Criteria:

Minimum 4 years experience of being a number one in charge of running projects

Experience of working in live environments (preferably education)

Enthusiastic, energetic, can do attitude

Confident & assertive

Good time management & ability to delegate

Able to communicate well & build relationships with client, consultants, sub-contractors & other members of the team

Computer literate & Procore experience preferable

Capable of reading & writing programmes including use of MS Project

Capable of writing RAMS and completing other H&S paperwork

Well organised, structured & independent

Good understanding of quality and how to achieve it

Determined & tenacious

SMSTS, First Aid and an Enhanced DBS are strong desirables.
