As a BEMS Consulting Engineer, your responsibilities will include…

• Conducting system condition surveys, producing reports / recommendations
• Complete feasibility studies, energy management surveys & specification reviews
• Produce concept designs, performance specifications & detailed design development
• Engaging in tender management and tender vetting on behalf of the client
• Project managing, project progress reporting & contract administration
• Specifying maintenance contracts & assisting clients with auditing maintenance contracts

We are looking for a BEMS Consulting Engineer with the following skills and experience…

• Minimum HNC level related engineering (electrical / mechanical) qualification
• Commercial experience in building services industry
• Experience as a BMS / BEMS / project / commissioning / control systems engineer is preferred
• Technical knowledge of either Trend, Tridium, Honeywell or legacy BEMS systems is preferred
• Technical / design skills in Controls, BEMS / BACS and project management is ideal
• Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to communicate at senior level

In return, the successful BEMS Consulting Engineer will receive a salary of £50,000-£60,000, plus the following benefits…
