Onboarding Manager
As the Onboarding Manager, you will lead and optimise the onboarding journey for new customers across all Workwell Outsourcing product lines. Your role is to ensure a seamless, efficient, and scalable onboarding experience that delivers exceptional service across multiple brands and offerings. You will oversee the entire process, monitor key milestones, and maintain high standards of delivery, working closely with Sales and Operations to drive continuous improvement, refine processes, and collaborate with cross‑functional teams.
What You’ll Bring To The Team- Proven experience in onboarding, service delivery, or operational leadership within recruitment, outsourcing, or back‑office environments.
- Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills, with the ability to interpret data and implement improvements.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Highly organised, able to manage multiple onboarding projects across different brands.
- Ability to work under pressure while maintaining high standards.
- Proficiency with onboarding tools, CRM systems, workflow software, or service management platforms.
- A client‑focused mindset and the ability to build trust with recruitment business owners.
- Experience in managing and developing a high‑performing team.
- Is passionate about delivering exceptional customer experiences.
- Thrives in a fast‑paced, process‑driven environment.
- Brings a culture of continuous improvement and accountability.
- Can influence and collaborate effectively across multiple teams and business areas.
