Position: Candidate Coordinator
Syntech Recruitment is looking for a detail-focused Candidate Coordinator to help power smarter hiring across the engineering and manufacturing recruitment sector. You’ll support the full candidate journey, from screening and video interviews to outbound campaign support, all within a tech-driven, high-performance environment.

Camberley | £28,000 - £30,000 (OTE £45,000)

The Role

You’ll be reviewing applications, interviewing candidates, and building polished CV packs that support both delivery and outbound activity. This isn’t just admin, you’ll be part of the team that drives candidate marketing campaigns across multiple outreach channels.

What You’ll Do

* Review and shortlist incoming applications

* Conduct structured video interviews to assess skills, interest, and availability

* Score candidates using our internal tools against live job briefs

* Reformat CVs into clean, branded profiles

* Create candidate packs used in outbound campaigns and client engagement

* Support multichannel outreach (email, Linked In, CRM workflows)

* Maintain clean, accurate ATS/CRM data

What You’ll Bring

* Excellent organisation and the ability to manage a fast-moving workload

* Confident communicator, especially over video (indeed interviewing and Linked In voice notes etc)

* Strong written skills and attention to detail

* Tech-savvy and comfortable with CRM/ATS (Vincere or similar), Microsoft applications, and outreach platforms

* Understanding of digital outreach and how candidate marketing fuels BD

* Experience in recruitment delivery or candidate sourcing (ideal)
