Benefit is Glowing… We Mean Growing… and we are currently searching for a Part‑time 22.5 Brow and Beauty Expert to make real connections in M&S Camberley. This vacancy will cover peak trading days (Thursday–Sunday) requiring 22.5 hours across four days. As a solo counter you will be responsible for sales targets, customer experience and certain management aspects.

• Provide brow services (waxing, tinting, and tweezing) to ensure exceptional customer satisfaction and increase service revenue.
• Connect with customers, demonstrate products, and consistently achieve individual sales targets while contributing to overall counter goals.
• Develop innovative in‑store and external events through strategic linkups, collaborations, product launches, and charity initiatives to boost sales and brand awareness.
• Keep the counter stocked, monitor inventory, and report concerns to the Area Manager to minimise lost sales.
• Act as key communicator between store/department managers and area managers.
• Oversee daily, weekly, monthly, and annual administrative tasks supporting the Area Manager.
• Maintain impeccable hygiene, housekeeping, and visual standards for the counter and displays.
