Part time or Full time HR Professional:
Are you an experienced CIPD L5 HR professional ready to lead and shape a growing team? We’re looking for a proactive HR Manager to take ownership of people strategy, recruitment, and employee experience, ensuring the workforce thrives while supporting the business goals.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead recruitment, onboarding, and offboarding processes
Support training, development, and career growth initiatives
Manage compensation, benefits, and payroll processes
Handle employee relations and performance management
Ensure legal compliance and foster a positive workplace culture

What We’re Looking For:

Proven HR management experience with CIPD Level 5
Strong knowledge of UK employment law and HR best practices
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Highly organised, proactive, and strategic thinker
