Adults Social Worker – Cornwall Council

£32 per hour

Based at Dolcoath – covering Camrborne and Redruth

• Experienced registered Social Worker with experience of working with different adult age groups of people including LD and older age.
• Ability to take a person centred, strength based approach
• Skilled in undertaking assessments, reviews and support planning
• Skilled in working with complex situations and ability to have difficult conversations
• Skilled in partnership working and finding alternative solutions to meeting people’s needs and achieving the best outcomes for them in their local communities
• Ability to hit the ground running
• Resilient and ability to adapt in the face of challenging circumstances
• Ability to use Microsoft Teams and Mosaic

Full time or Part time (18.5 hours) positions available
