The Host delivers friendly customer and membership services while performing daily cleaning and minor maintenance tasks to maintain Fit4

Less’s standards of cleanliness and automation.

• Clean and tidy the club to the standards outlined in the cleaning and inspection guidelines.
• Provide friendly customer interaction while cleaning on the workout floor.
• Contribute to the “everybody cleans” mindset.
• Complete and read daily, weekly and monthly cleanliness tasks, communications and training to achieve standard expectations.
• Inform and report deficiencies using standard guideline expectations to engage appropriate actions, individuals and resolutions.
• Welcome guests warmly and assist with memberships, amenities, automation and processes.
• Promote black card amenities and memberships.
• Maintain a courteous and friendly workplace environment to meet Fit4
  
  Less brand expectations.
• Complete tasks and responsibilities by set timelines.
• Work with the manager for progress related to customer service and escalation support.
• Address, inform and report incidents of concern using the standard process expectations.
• Sell and suggest memberships and provide assistance for membership management to support Fit4
  
  Less purpose.
• Assist and provide appropriate access to and within the club to educate on automated and virtual options and processes.

• High School diploma or working toward completion.
• 1 year teamwork and/or volunteer experience.
• Verbal and written communication skills.
• WHMIS certification.
• First Aid, CPR-AC & AED certification.
• Demonstrates a strong effort into activities.
• Remains calm under pressure and can handle stress.
• Dedicated to meeting the expectations and requirements of internal and external customers.
• Values time and uses it effectively and efficiently.

The selected candidate will be paid minimum wage. The expected annual total compensation is $9,500, based on the expected total number of scheduled hours per year.
