Mechanical Designer

The Mechanical Designer may serve as a Project Manager and in this capacity is ultimately responsible for all aspects of project work, including detailed design, drawing and BOM creation and the meeting of project objectives and milestones. You will be responsible for reviewing time estimates and ensure designs are within budget pertaining to the mechanical design scope. You have previous experience designing custom robotic EOAT's and creating cell layouts.

You have previous experience designing mattop and tabletop conveyor systems in a fast paced environment. You will liaise with interdepartmental representatives to ensure that your designs are in keeping with customer expectations and StrongPoint proposals. You have previous experience with pneumatic design and can apply your experience and knowledge to innovative new solutions. You are fully experienced with Auto Cad and 3D parametric design software.
