Lead Technical implementation work which may include:Provisioning new customer instances of LW software applications
Hosting setup including access and credentialing new customer users
Data transfers, exports and migrations
System integrations to third party APIs and software applications
Occasional technical troubleshooting alongside implementation teams and clients
Implement a coordinated project plan to manage successful client implementations, conversions and other professional service engagements across the Lone Wolf platform suitePre-Sales activities which may include technical specifications and defining work scope for custom and enterprise level customersProvide regular internal and external status updates highlighting accomplishments and risksDocumentation of client build technical specificationsTrack project work to ensure implementations are progressing on-time and within budgetMaintain a comprehensive understanding of in-progress product development, product vision and Lone Wolf directionMaintain a good knowledge of the real estate technology industry and trendsSkills & Requirements
QUALIFICATIONS:
EDUCATION: A diploma or degree in computer science or a related fieldEXPERIENCE : 1-3 years of experience in client services, training, or consultingLOCATION :
Remote US and CanadaWHAT DO YOU NEED :
Proven track record of technical aspects of the role as noted aboveExceptional project planning skills and ability to multi-taskSelf-starter with ability to work remote under minimal to no supervisionProven ability to meet and exceed service standards and KPIsDemonstrated ability to successfully and independently manage multiple projects and resolve issuesExcellent written and verbal communication skills; excellent presentation skillsOutstanding customer relationship skillsExperience working with Product and QA to troubleshoot, test and improve productsPrior experience with real estate systems or related software/applications preferred
