  Skills:
  
  at least one year of retail experience, ideally with some leadership or sales‑driving responsibility.
• Ready to Hustle: organized, self‑motivated, and always looking for ways to level up.

• Conduct piercings with patience and empathy, especially with young or anxious customers.
• Operate a POS system to facilitate transactions and manage sales efficiently.
• Completed some high school and have at least one year of retail management experience.
• Stand during scheduled shifts and maneuver 11‑35 kg (25‑75 lb).
• Bend, stoop, reach, and climb ladders or step‑stools while placing merchandise and assisting customers.
• Passionate about allowing customers to express themselves freely every day.
• Inspired by values of teamwork, compassion, integrity, customer delight, diversity, and self‑expression.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong math skills for inventory management, sales analysis, and cash handling.
• Driven team player with a positive attitude and willingness to learn.
• Self‑motivated and organized; may work alone.
• Passion for fashion and staying up‑to‑date with the latest trends to enhance customer experience and drive sales.
