Position Summary

This is a full-time position within the Product Management department, working in our Cambridge office on a hybrid basis (minimum 3 days in the office). Some travel will be required for this position.

Overview of the role

We’re on the lookout for a driven and passionate Commercial Product Manager to champion Cycle’s innovative products and the needs of our patients across the business.

This is your chance to make a real impact from taking the lead on some of our most successful existing products to playing a pivotal role in the launch of exciting new ones. You’ll work at the intersection of innovation and care, ensuring every product we bring to the market truly makes a difference.

Collaborating with Project Managers, Sales teams, and departments across the business, you’ll ensure our products are genuinely life-changing for patients. You’ll take the lead on defining the product strategy for your product portfolio, and adjusting the strategy and tactics as required, equipping our Sales and Patient Support teams with the tools they need to deliver exceptional product experience.

Based in Cambridge, our close-knit team is small but ambitious and growing fast. You’ll thrive in a dynamic environment where adaptability and pragmatism are key, and where your voice will be heard.

At Cycle we focus on providing treatments and services for patients with neurological, rare metabolic, and rare immunological conditions, most of which are genetic conditions. Some of our patients are diagnosed with a rare disease at birth, others are affected later in life, and some can spend years trying to get diagnosed.
