Your new role
Due to continued growth and project wins, they are now looking for a Site Manager who is open-minded, adaptable, and eager to learn. This is an exciting opportunity to join a well-established construction company in Cambridge, where you'll play a key role in delivering high-quality projects while continuously developing your skills and knowledge.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage day-to-day site operations, ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations.
• Coordinate subcontractors, suppliers, and site staff to maintain smooth workflow.
• Monitor project progress, budgets, and timelines, reporting regularly to senior management.
• Resolve on-site issues promptly and effectively.
• Uphold high standards of quality and client satisfaction.

What you'll need to succeed

• Proven experience as a Site Manager within the construction industry.
• Strong knowledge of building regulations and health & safety standards.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver projects on time.
• Relevant qualifications (SMSTS, CSCS, First Aid).
