Your Role:

As Front of House, you'll be the first point of contact, delivering exceptional service and fostering a welcoming atmosphere. You'll play a key role in creating a vibrant community, supporting residents, and ensuring smooth day-to-day operations.

What You'll Do:

Provide a warm and professional welcome to residents and visitors.
Manage the front desk, handling inquiries and resident requests efficiently.
Organize and oversee community events, fostering engagement and connection.
Assist with leasing efforts to maintain high occupancy and resident satisfaction.
Oversee social media content to highlight the best of the community.
Conduct regular inspections to maintain pristine, safe, and inviting communal spaces.
Handle administrative tasks, resident queries, and tenancy documentation.
Work closely with the team to enhance the overall resident experience.

Who You Are:

A people-person with a passion for hospitality and customer service.
Organized, detail-oriented, and proactive with strong communication skills.
Experienced in front-of-house or customer-facing roles (1-2 years preferred).
Comfortable using MS Office and managing social media.
Adaptable and flexible, able to work varied shifts, including weekends and evenings.
