Location: Bar Hill

The Role:

We are recruiting for a Customer Service Administrator to join a well-established business based in Bar Hill. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment and takes pride in delivering a high standard of customer service.

This Customer Service Administrator position is offered on a temporary basis, with a strong opportunity for the role to become permanent for the right candidate. You will be joining a supportive team within a modern office environment, playing a key role in ensuring customers receive a professional and efficient service at all times.

Main Responsibilities:

* Handling incoming customer enquiries via phone, email, live chat and social platforms

* Delivering a consistently high level of customer service

* Processing customer orders, returns and related administration

* Managing customer queries with empathy, professionalism and attention to detail

* Liaising with internal departments to resolve customer issues

* Producing reports relating to customer interactions and service levels

* Auditing website content to ensure information is accurate and up to date

Skills/

Experience:

* Previous experience in a customer-focused or administrative role

* Strong communication skills, both verbal and written

* Confident and professional telephone manner

* Good organisational skills with the ability to prioritise workload

* Strong IT skills, including Microsoft Office packages

* Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines

* High attention to detail and a proactive approach to problem solving

Salary &

Working Hours:

* £27,000 – £30,000 (including performance-related bonus)

* Monday to Friday

* 37.5 hours per week
