Arcadis is the world's leading company delivering sustainable design, engineering, and consultancy solutions for natural and built assets. Join our Cost & Commercial Management team where you will take ownership of a range of projects, ensuring standards of delivery meet defined objectives.

• Collaborate with the NEC Project Manager to administer the post contract administration of NEC contracts, including assessment of contractual change and payments.
• Support suppliers in providing accurate and validated information for Project Cost and Financial Forecasts.
• Provide commercial support / advice / guidance through all gateways to minimise cost and scope changes throughout the project life cycle.
• Provide contract support / advice / guidance.
• Provide pre contract support – including estimating and procurement.
• Support the Client PM in validating costs for the Project Efficiency register before submission.
• Participate in lessons learned workshops and risk and value management meetings as required.

• Degree in quantity surveying / commercial management accredited by the RICS.
• MRICS or working towards chartership status.
• Demonstration of self‑management and prioritisation skills with the ability to work under pressure.
• Commitment to continuous professional development.
• Ability to build good relationships.
• Good knowledge of specialised field, including construction processes and cost and commercial management.
• NEC Contract experience.
• Willingness to actively support the internal team and manage more junior staff on projects typically ranging between £1m and £20m.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills including the ability to influence stakeholders and third parties.
